The Carroll CentreStanmore works very closely with our local Children's Centre based at the Carroll Centre in Somers Close, Stanmore. Many of our pupils attend Poppins, their after school club and the Centre offers a variety of support and activities for parents and their children.
Kings' SchoolIn the September following their 11th birthday, children move on to Secondary Education. Those living within the catchment area of this school normally transfer to Kings' School. The children spend a day in their secondary school in the July before starting school in September. Meetings are arranged for parents and secondary school staff visit to get to know the children.
Beaulieu Residential Trip for Year 5In Year 5, children spend a week in Beaulieu a modern purpose built residential hostel set alongside the Beaulieu River Estuary. Here they take part in a full programme of field studies of a scientific, geographical and historical nature - including feeding and cleaning duties on the farmstead at Home Farm.
